PT. Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang is the company concern in retail fashion industry. We have two brand fashion, Charles & Keith and pedro. Now, we are hiring staff to fill our vacant position as a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager BOGOR, with qualified:
– Age between 25 – 33 years old
– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree, from any major
– Having experience min. 2 years in Supervisory or Managerial role, in retail industry or retail fashion will be an advantage
– Willing to work under shifting schedule including weekend and public holiday (6 days work, 1 day off)
– Good communication in English
– High energy, possess good customer service and drive in achieving sales target
– Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability maintaining team
– Interested in fashion or lifestyle brand
– Well groomed and good communication skill
– Willing to placement at BOGOR
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
– Responsible on the day to day operation of store
– Assist job role of Store Manager
– Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers & responding to customer inquiries and complaints
– Assist other store employees with their work
– Check the products before the opening and closing of the store
– Responsibilities for achieve sales and improve team
– Managing commercial and operational aspects in stores/assigned floor to achieve sales target
– Completes store operational requirements by schedulling and assigning employess
– Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
– Reporting to Area in Charge
Persyaratan Pengalaman :
Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di bidang yang sama
Keahlian :
– Good communication in English both writing or speaking.
– Familiar with Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, etc.
– Good analytical and target oriented
Kualifikasi :
